Great experience at Express Med Spa. I brought my daughter here to get her cartilage pierced. We had an 11AM appointment and got there early, we were done by 10:50AM! Everyone was very nice and the office is very cute and clean. It was also very easy to book an appointment online and fill out all the necessary paperwork. They even called the next day to check on her.

I started my tox journey at the Mount Greenwood location and have had the pleasure of working with both Stefanie and Tami. I first saw Stefanie because I was quite nervous and really wanted to first be seen by the woman who started it all. I wasn’t let down, and you can tell immediately after meeting Stefanie that she is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to give you an informed answer to any questions. I also love that when I showed interest in something new (TMJ) she wasn’t pushy and gave me alternatives to try/habits to break prior to committing to a new treatment. I saw Tami while Stefanie was on vacation, and also received the same knowledge and care. Tami is the sweetest and I loved my results from her as well. Receiving the treatment that I did from both of these women, gives me the confidence to see anyone at Express MedSpa. Thank you guys for your knowledge and for making the MedSpa experience far less intimidating than I thought it would be!

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Manning for a miconeedling facial treatment. Stephanie is very nice, helpful, professional, and did a great job! I was nervous and worried at first, but my whole experience was painless, quick and easy! My skin was a little red and bumpy after, but Stephanie explained it’s normal and did go away in about a week. My skin is already doing better from the facial! I was told it could take about 6 weeks to see results from the facial, but already my face is little smoother and some zits have already went away. I can’t wait to get more facials and to try their other services!

My seven year old got her ears pierced at this medic spa. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Two team members worked on both ears simultaneously to minimize the pain and everything went very smoothly. They were caring, knowledgeable and gentle. Minimal pain and hygiene was of importance to me and I opted for this spa that was in my local neighborhood. My daughter left very happy and she received a certificate and goodie bag, which made the whole experience so special for her. I highly recommend for moms!

Just want to give a shout out to Stefanie and the staff. They are the best of the best for any issue whether it in dehydrated and need a IV with our hot days they can make you feel refreshed in no time. Also for any aches and pains they can take care of that no problem having you feeling like new. After going on 19 years in the trades we beat on our body's , and thank God for Stefanie and her amazing staff. It's a game changer. They also took great care of my wife she had some wrinkles that drive her crazy and they took amazing care of her. She and I were both amazed. I went to the Mt. Greenwood location and I couldn’t be more happier! I walked in super nervous since it was my first time and walked out feeling so pleased with the service. Hayley was the nurse who did my injections and she was so amazing! She made me less nervous and talked me through every step she was doing! So grateful for my first time experience and would DEFINITELY go back again!

I knew it was time when I was looking into somebody’s sunglasses and saw that my forehead looked like a Shar-Pei dog. I went in with Haley and she was amazing. These ladies are amazing!!! Could not recommend this place enough. Got a rehydration IV and B12 shot. It seriously feels like you are getting a treatment right in your own home. During my treatment, I was constantly asked if I needed anything and if I was comfortable. Again, these ladies are amazing and I would recommend this place 100%.

I took my 9 year old daughter here yesterday to get her ears pierced. The atmosphere was so pleasant, the staff were so welcoming and professional. The spa is absolutely beautiful! Samantha was so great! She made my daughter feel comfortable and took the time to make sure my daughters ears were evenly pierced. She explained how to clean and take care of her pierced ears. Afterwards they let my daughter and son pick out a prize from their treasure chest, and gave my daughter a certificate for being so brave.. Samantha and the other ladies working went above and beyond my expectations

The first time I went was last year for botox and it lasted almost 8 months. I was super satisfied so I returned. I recently went in Jan and already by March it was fading. But even before that I never achieved the results I had previously. I went to a different technician this last time around and it just wasn't the same. Not sure why I didn't have the same lasting effect as I didn't do anything differently and received the same amount of units.
