Her positive energy and fun personality made the whole appointment enjoyable, but she was also super informative and professional. I was sooo nervous about getting a lip flip but it’s something thought about for quite a while and was looking for somewhere to go so I popped into a moms group on FB and MULTIPLE people recommended not only Express Med Spa but Kristina as well!! Kristina is the best! I was really struggling with my face postpartum and had no idea what to do. I had started the process of booking an appointment on the website several times and then got distracted and never pulled the trigger. Kristina ended up texting me asking what I was looking for and answered all my questions. We scheduled the appointment over text which was awesome for a busy mom with two babies under 18 months. The actual evaluation and appointment was great. Kristina was thoughtful in her analysis of my skin and suggestions. We’ve done microneedling twice and I truly feel like my skin is finally on its way to a good spot. Couldn’t recommend Kristina enough!!

I had a great visit with Kristina this med spa in Shorewood. She was very informative and has a way of making you feel comfortable even if you don’t know her. She’s extremely easy to talk to and honest about what she thinks you should and shouldn’t have done, which I really appreciated. She makes sure you don’t get more work done than what’s actually needed. She helped smooth out the lines between my eyebrows and made my brows symmetrical again and slightly lifted , and I’m very happy with my results. I’m already looking forward to going back and hopefully trying filler next. Her customer service skills were also excellent — she even told me about the rewards program, which the front desk associate didn’t mention at all. Overall, I was very happy with both the results and the professionalism she provided.

Before coming here I’ve had two really bad experiences with laser hair removal, so I was honestly really nervous about giving it a try again but I am SOOO GREATFUL I found this place and had the opportunity to be treated by Kristina. She is the only nurse I’ve ever had who doesn’t burn my skin and actually delivers real results. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal in the past with little to no improvement, and nothing compares to the results I’ve seen here. Kristina is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She truly takes her time, never rushes, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and goes above and beyond for her clients. If you’re considering laser hair removal go here and request Kristina. She is a lifesaver and hands down the best nurse I’ve ever worked with.
